Return Policy: We guarantee all of our products for complete satisfaction. Effective March, 04, 09 The restocking fee has changed from 15% to 30% for 15 days and up to 30 days at 50%. Any item that is purchased from our web site may All orders up to 15 days from the date of purchase are subject to 30% restocking fee and from 16-30 days at 50% restocking fee. No returns will be excepted after the 30 day period. The product detail page indicates the items which are exempt from this return policy. A RMA number (Return Material Authorization) must be received prior to returning any equipment by calling our customer support number prior to returning an item. All products must be returned in new condition and in its original packaging to receive refund. The customer will receive the refund within 30 days of returning the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the shipper. All returned items must be shipped FULLY INSURED. This respects our right to have the items returned to us promptly, and insures the product against any damage which may result outside of your control. a 15% return policy applies to all return. The returned items MUST be in 100% original condition and in original packaging.Â
Return Procedure: ALL returns must have an authorization number written on the outside of the packaging. A technician will assist you in determining if the product is working as intended, if not they will assist you with any troubleshooting steps necessary.If it is determined by the technician that there may be a fault with the product, they will transfer you to the RMA department. The RMA department may have you perform additional troubleshooting to determine the exact cause of the issue. If the problem is not corrected they will issue you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Please package the item securely. Ensure there is enough packaging material that the item will not suffer damage in transit. Damage in transit is not our responsibility, it's the shippers responsibility to ensure the item is packaged properly and to get appropriate shipping insurance for the item(s).We cannot warranty any item that has been modified in any way, we cannot warranty any item damaged due to improper packaging, or any item that was damaged by "acts of god" (such as lightning, hurricane damage, etc) or misused or improperly used or installed (such as installing it with a wrong power supply, etc). Return For Credit or Refund (CA): If you find the product cannot meet your needs, you can send it back within our 30-day return period*. We can only accept items back for credit within 30 days from the date you received the order. All returns MUST be in their original packaging, cannot show any signs of use or wear, and must be properly padded inside of their shipping container, or we cannot issue a refund. Please do not write on or place stickers/tape on the original packaging, only on the shipping container. Please package the item securely. Ensure there is enough packaging material that the item will not suffer damage in transit. We do not ship to P.O.Box or APOS. Our goal is to ship all orders the same day or the next after an order is placed. Occasionally due to stock levels or import delays we can not ship this quickly. If we can't ship your order within 1-2 business days after the order date we will contact you by email or phone and inform you of the delay. The cost of shipping via UPS Ground or Fedex Grouond with-in the USA is included in the sale prices quoted. We can not guarantee a delivery date simply because UPS or Fedex will not guarantee a delivery date for Ground shipments. Due to this, please allow 4-10 days for delivery depending on your location. If you require the equipment sooner please contact us prior to paying for the item. The additional cost will be added to your order. Any orders which require shipping outside the USA will be shipped either by fedex, UPS, or DHL which ever we are currently using and is most cost effective to you. Â

Product Replacement Warranty:The product replacement warranty is either for one or two years which is stated on the product page. Please keep your receipt, you need your receipt (proof of purchase) and an RMA (return Merchandise Authorization), please contact us prior to returning the item for an RMA. We do not accept any returned merchandise with out an RMA. All our products carry either the manufacturers printed brand or a hologram decal and/or a serial number which must be clearly visible, this proves that the item is an original item purchased from us. Please note, this is an extended product replacement warranty, NOT an insurance. This is a product replacement warranty only not insurance against damage to product(s). |
